If someone is really dedicated to peace, love and happiness, they don’t allow other things to throw them off course. Joining into a chaotic world isn’t something that really helps heal anything. So, really think about what you are willing to participate in. Most of you are too far along your path of growth to continue to play games that don’t feel right to you. It is better to spend time alone than be in energy that isn’t right for you. It is also better to be alone than be with people who no longer fit into your life and what you are here to do.

It is time to clear the obstacles for being able to move forward. Of course, each of you needs to follow what is right for you. I just ask that you make decisions consciously so that you know what is right for you.

This message was something that I am writing, as a result of working with several people who seem to just be in constant chaos. It feels like they are always in crisis mode and surrounded with drama/trauma people. They are dragged into one scheme after another and always feel angry and unsettled.

If this is something that is affecting you or someone you know, the person affected needs to step back and see what the person is agreeing to participate in. If the person feels angry or unsettled, the person is most likely not in alignment. To participate in this type of life the person is being removed from their spirit and soul connection and placed into an ego life. If the person’s life is meant to be spirit based, this will basically kill the individual. I have seen the life span cut short by engaging in something not meant for people playing this game. To navigate this energy, the person needs to step back and breathe. It is important to take time to tune in and don’t agree to anything with the drama/trauma people without seeing what role, if any, the individual is meant to play with them (the drama/trauma people). It might be time to just step away from the whole situation. If the person does continue to play into the dramas, the person needs to do it consciously. The person isn’t really helping the drama/trauma person out because they would find another person to play the none drama/trauma person’s role. Each person needs to find what works best for them. If the person is exhausted being with these individuals, then the person is not on the right path and the drama/trauma people are continually just taking and using the other person’s energy. Believe it or not, there are a lot of people willing to play the drama/trauma game. Spiritual people don’t need to fill in for those who enjoy the drama/trauma.

It is important for the spiritually based person to remove the drama/trauma people’s chords and seal the chords off. The spiritually based person needs to clear themselves of energy not belonging to them. through a salt bath or some other method. The spiritually based person needs time to be in a place that gives them peace, grounding and clarity. Spiritually based people need to connect with their guides and assess their true path and how to go on that path. A spiritually based person will find that they are much more happy and are aligned with their true source. The drama/trauma energy just disconnects the spiritually based person. People seeking to do their true work don’t want that. It is much nicer for a spiritually based person to follow their true and real pathway.

We have heard of many who speak of the Messiah. They assume that it was the man whom you called Jesus because he brought through a message of love. We know that this is hard for many humans to believe but you are all the Messiah. You recognize this when you each learn to be with each other from a place of love and compassion. You no longer need to harm anyone or anything. You learn to coexist with all life and all of God’s creations. You seek to protect the earth and all life from destruction. You release past hurts and issues. The key lies in all of you working together. The survival of mankind and the earth only works when you all learn to work together and celebrate each being for who and what they are.

This doesn’t mean that you allow people to harm and kill each other. You may contain those who would do so. The physical shell is just that. Your spirit continues on beyond human life and existence. If you wish to create a form of Eden on the earth, you must all learn to nurture all life and work together. Each form of life serves some purpose. The earth serves a purpose. It is not to only provide for humans but for all life. Find a balance. All of your needs may be met without harming the earth or each other.

Anything that you start, start with love. Anything that you desire, start with love. If something is coming from any other energy or intention, it will not be truly connected to anything Divine.

If you are feeling anger, fear, frustration, you are not aligned with the energy of love. We ask you to step back and recreate from a foundation of love. Speak to people from love. Touch life from love. You will notice that much in your world is healed through this simple process.

Many religions speak of love but few come from a place of love. If you build on a foundation of love, you will create miraculous things. Return your focus to love. It is just that simple.

The Brothers of the White Light

What would you say about groups that would commit violence to prevent children from learning or teachers from teaching?

We would say that those who would prevent learning because of their own fears or need to control do a great disservice to humanity. They are focused on squelching potential. Those who do such behaviors are most likely on a path to destroy humanity through their own fears or ignorance. They follow a misguided path, even if they believe that they are on a holy mission. The more educated any society is, the better your futures will be. When you are around those who would limit learning, they are limiting potential answers to problems that will arise. They are focused on keeping society in a box and that box will no longer work or function in the human realm.

Part of the human experience is learning and gaining experiences from the world around you. Why would you want to limit this. The more you understand each other and celebrate each other, the better the human race will be. Violence comes from fear. You are looking for ways to bring in more love. Love holds no need for violence. Violence comes from free will choices made by mankind.

The ancient ways are ready to shift out of existence. Man was meant to learn and progress and not hold to ancient texts that served a function, when they were created. Each must follow the path right for them. When we say this, no one has the right to force their ways on another. You are asking us how we perceive things and we are sharing how we perceive the information you requested.

There are many earth societies where women are not treated fairly or equally. Men have often taken over and suppressed women’s rights and children’s rights. What do you say about this?

We think that you would already understand how we would feel about this. Humans perceive the physical form and have created arbitrary rules based on this. We don’t see male or female. We only see beings. We see beyond your physical shell. Rules based on male or female are not really your path. Each soul is programmed with potential for extraordinary things. We feel that each being should be allowed to express their full potentials. It has never mattered if someone was male or female, young or old. All life is precious and should be viewed and respected as such. This goes for all life that exists are your planet.

Humans have been made the stewards of your earth. You are meant to be doing things that benefit all life and not just humans. Big corporations act from a place of greed and will often do things harmful to the planet and try to tell you that what they are doing is perfectly safe, when you know it isn’t. Since humans are dominating the earth, we suggest that humans do a better job of protecting life and resources to help the earth so that life may continue on your planet. We are not concerned, if life ends on our planet but we see much potential that is not being respected or honored. This goes with whether women and children are considered second class citizens. This also is related to skin colors or any other delineations where humans would make any group or individual lesser. When you do this, you will find you are limiting the potentials of something that you might need in the future.

We have been having a huge debate about abortions in the US. What is your take on this?

Blessed Ones,

We see souls. Unions are created and the procreation process is put in place. You may choose to not follow through in your own biological process of procreation. The soul is not going to be harmed in the process of terminating a birth. The spirit of the perceived child is a spirit. It is not a child or adult. It holds no sex. It enters the body of a potential mother where the family will allow it to create its next human journey. If the mother decides to terminate the process, the spirit will find another mother to bring the spirit into the world.

Humans look at this process and are stuck in how they perceive something to be. It is something that each woman must decide for themselves. We would rather see a child born into a family that truly wants them and loves them than carry a child because society is judging that all pregnancies must result in a birth. This process of abortion is an individual’s decision. When you get stuck with a choice go back to love and spend time coming from what is the most loving choice to make. When people copulate from a more conscious place, you will find that fewer abortions are required in your world. All unions of sex should be on a foundation of love. We recognize that not all of you feel this way and we respect this. We don’t judge what you do. We are just giving you different ways of viewing human experiences.

We are going through a shift in gay rights, what would you say about this?

We feel that all beings should be respected. When someone in your world is gay, it is because they have a partner or partners who are of the same sex. Your soul is neither male or female. It just is. You are in a physical form that helps you travel around on the earth plane. If a spirit is heterosexual, it is because the partner or partners are not of the same physical sex. These people will most likely have the potential for procreation. When someone is homosexual, they will be drawn to souls who are in same physical sex forms. They are most likely not on the earth for procreation. However, you have advanced where you can create children, even under same sex conditions. We see love so we don’t see the difference between loving someone of the same sex or someone of a different sex. It is more important that humans align their loving relationships with a spirit who belongs connected to them in an intimate relationship, at the appropriate time.

From an earth perspective, there are times where relationship partners are of a huge age difference. If this is the case, we caution you to wait until both partners are consenting adults. We would not advise you to force yourself on someone who is vulnerable and not forming a consensual relationship. The sexual bond should be aligned with the spirits. It should be formed by love and not a need to dominate another and force another into something not right for all parties concerned.

As for gay marriage, we see no reason that society should not recognize true soul unions. All family bonds should have laws in place to protect families however they form. This includes biological families, adopted families and any permutation that is about joining together in a loving community. It all goes back to a foundation of love. Each of you may only judge what is right for you and not another. Laws should be based on keeping individuals and communities safe and loving relationships of any form will only enhance your communities.

The God Force

What would you tell humanity about the death penalty?

We only see life. We don’t understand your perception of death. You are in human forms and that is your sense of reality. Your spirit is in your body but when you leave your shell, your spirit is still in existence. So, when you have someone murdered or die from trauma, they are not dead, they are only transformed into another existence.

We believe your question is really based on humans who would kill or harm others in a violent act. We would only advise you to contain that energy. Your earth holds a duality. There is what you perceive as good and evil. This comes from choices humans pick. You don’t change violent behavior by being violent. It is not your job to change anyone. So, we see that you are better off, containing those who would harm the physical and mental forms around them.

No one has control over you, unless you give them control over you. You choose to relinquish your power. In some cases, you may need to do this to safely get out of certain situations. If you are in a karmic loop with another, where there is violence, we would ask you to stop the loop. You do this by choosing to release the karmic loop and stepping away from violence and abuse. Even if you feel there is no choice, there is always a choice. Pray for guidance and you will receive it. There is always help around you.

We have seen a lot of violence happening in the world and people speak of wanting peace. What do you have to say about this?

Mankind has created violence throughout its existence. This is a choice by many in the collective consciousness. If mankind wanted peace, there would be peace. Peace is not a negotiation, where you have to give something up for the others to give you peace. If someone is committed to peace, they just simply choose peace. You have no control over those who wish violence. Society doesn’t rebuild from a foundation of fear into a foundation of love by killing and harming others. To rebuild on a foundation of love, all elements must come from love. You can’t go into anger and expect love. Whatever you desire as the outcome must be in every level of the creation process.

We hear about Middle Eastern peace talks but it seems to always bring out aggression and violence. What can be done about that?

If the true desire is to create peace, you must have only people who wish peace in the discussions. You must create a society with those who wish peace. You can’t carry on past hurts and create something different. Always look at the motivations of those involved. Both parties must be working towards a common goal to create something new. Instead of separating the countries by borders based on nationality, you might do better to reconfigure societies based on common goals and aspirations. People will then create a new world based on people living with those they desire around them.

What about this shift where we are seeing people resort to violence because they are bored?

You may only contain those with violent intent. If you only show them violence, they find that acceptable but they don’t belong in a society that is working on some concept of peace and love. There is no respect for life, so you remove them to be with a community of others who believe as they believe. You remove them from the society where they behaviors are not acceptable.

How do we get back to what we are meant to be and return to our authentic selves?

You shift your life by being true to who and what you are. There is no right or wrong. You are on a path that is programmed within you. You can’t continue to blame others on who and what you are. You must move past any old hurts and resentments. You have allowed yourself to be programmed by others, now return to what is within you. Release anything that doesn’t feel right to you or for you. You are not here to judge others or try to fix others or try to make them into what you want them to be. Allow people to be who and what they are.

You show children different experiences so that they can see what fits them. Don’t force anyone into a specific mold. Just as you don’t want others to do that to you. This will help each of you find what is authentic and true to you. That is the life you must live. All who resonate with you, will show up to share this journey with you.

If you have lived a life where there was abuse, know that we ask you to remove yourself from this abuse. If you have been with others who berate you or bully you, do what you can to extract yourself from such beings. Always remember that God is love. There is no punishing. What you have and create comes from love. Where humans have gotten off track is that they built a civilization based on fear and control of others. This is not the true Divine plan. Rebuild your lives on love and stay away from vexing energies. If you feel fear come into the energy of what you are creating, stop and refocus on decisions based on love. Your lives will change greatly from this.

The Godhead

We are at a period of time where a lot of people will be crossing over. Many people have a hard time letting go of a loved one and will do whatever they can to hold onto them and keep them with the family or on this plane of existence. Many will place their loved one on life support until it is convenient for them to release the loved one. This can often be a form of torture for the loved one.

I was recently asked to pray for someone who was placed on life support until the family could come in to be with this person. I tuned into the person and felt overwhelmed by the anger at being held back so that the family could be brought in. I asked for more information and was told that life support was basically tethering the soul to the body, when the soul was ready to move on. This information caused me to tune into my mother’s spirit and ask her about her time on life support. She told me that it kept her with her body but she understood why we needed to do it. So, it seems more compassionate to just allow our loved ones to move on. I know there are times where life support allows the body to heal and the spirit to come back after the body has healed. So, this must be done on a case by case basis. However, when the spirit is ready to move on, we need to allow it to move on.

Another issue I often see, is family members who try to hold the spirits of their loved ones on the earth plane. They force the spirit to stay with them. Once a spirit leaves their physical body, they are moving onto a different life. They will come around us during certain times but they are not with us all of the time. We can speak with them and they will hear our conversations with them. We will often receive a reply. We still need to allow the loved one to move on. We should desire for each being to have their best life and existence.

This week, the work I have been guided to do is let go of any need to control the process of another. Learning to work through the spirit instead of the ego, allows for all life to be what it needs to be and process the world as is needed. There is no need to fear that we won’t have what we need. However, we will manifest what is needed more authentically. What we think we need and what we actually need are not always the same thing. Each of us needs to follow our own path and life journey. What we actually need and require will always be there but it may be different from what our ego minds perceive. We need to be willing to let go of what is not authentic so that we can create more authentic lives.

Trust that what we present to you is what is needed. We are not asking you to fit into what you have been taught or believe. This is a time to expand way beyond anything you have known or believed in the past. We enter a new era.

Those of you who have done psychic readings in the past, know that your work is evolving. You are not here to work with many who are stuck in the old ways. You are moving into a new form of energy. This will not fit your past. So, if you get that you may not work with someone, don’t force it. Step aside. Release your fears of the future and move forward. You will be protected and watched over in this transition. This is not a place of ego.

You can’t try to be an ego being and spirit being together. They are different pathways. The time of straddling the fence is over. You must pick one way and follow what comes of that path. No matter what your path, you may ask for guidance on that path. That will be perfect for you, as a being. You may not assign who comes with you on any path. The right beings will show up there. For many of you who are lamenting not having a relationship partner right now, you are on the wrong track. If you were to have such a partner, you would be blocked from doing what you are intended to really be doing right now. Your work does not involve coupling, at this stage. Your focus would be better served by opening to your guidance and asking how you may help each day. If you find yourself feeling depressed or alone, instead ask, how you may be of help. Pay attention to your senses and where you are guided to be or what you may be asked to think about. It could be a simple as just being home or resting. Know that you are doing something beyond your human bodies, when these requests are presented.

There may be a time in your future where you may fall in human love and get married or as we refer to coupling. You will know it, when it happens. Right now, there are more important pieces falling into place and we need all of you to do what you are guided to do. Freedom to follow your true work and path is necessary. So, don’t fight what is happening in your life, based on what you see in other people’s lives. You need to move beyond such energy. Know that what you have right now is perfect for you. We need you to all start trusting your own pathways.

Many of you look for leaders and people to tell you what to do and how to do this. This is because you have been taught to not trust what is within you. Many of you have been taught by others who wanted to control you. If you notice babies will be very clear on aspects of their lives and journeys but humans often teach them to discount what they know. Your natures will only be suppressed for so long before they must be what they truly are.

The truth for each of you resides in each of you. You won’t be taking others along with you on your courses of action and existences. Those who belong with you, will be there to accompany you. You are not meant for what you think you know. You are meant for something else entirely that will be revealed to each of you accordingly. There are as many pathways as there are beings. So, you don’t need to make anyone understand your way or path. It is yours to pursue and manifest. Others must be allowed to follow where their soul leads them. Know this is all based on love and not meant as a means to harm anyone or anything. There is no need for pain or fear. Those are all human creations. Know you are destined for something that we see as very exciting.

What we are preparing you each for is to receive your own inner messages. We will no longer be the source for much of what you each need to know. Most of you are already receiving your direct guidance and you seek confirmation. Some of you will need periods of stillness to arrive at your destiny. Some of you will find other processes taking place. There is no right or wrong on this part of your journey, as long as you are listening to what is within you. This is different from listening to your mind tell you something completely different from what you heart and soul is trying to reveal to thee. If you are honest, you will feel the difference between your soul guidance and your inner programmed voice of your parents,, relatives, friends or conditioning.

To find your inner voice, you must learn to find a quiet place and really listen to what is within you. Pick a time when you are not scared. Be open and really hear what is within your nature. Once you do this, you will learn to discern conditioning from truth. You must each learn to pay attention to what is within you so that you may survive and thrive. The goal is to thrive and not survive but many of you need to start in survival mode. As you learn to follow what is in your guidance system, you will find it becomes easier to pay attention to your own authentic journey and programming. We wish only the best for all of you.

The questions we received from yesterday was how do we do what is requested of us? How do awaken the programming? The programming is within each of you. The connection to the all that is, resides within you. It is not in your DNA because it is beyond your human forms. Many of you know that you are here for something more than what you have been taught. Many of you believe there is much more than the lives you have formed and created. Trust what is within you. You are meant for much more. You have only to awaken. Think of your current forms as your cocoons. You are the chrysalis ready to form your true selves and to awaken your inner beauties. The programming activates, at the appropriate time. It is not something you need stress over. The coding is within your soul and your very natures.

Find what gives you solace. We are not trying to dictate to you or condition you to be something other than what you are and doing what works for you. What we are attempting to teach you is to think outside of the box. Know there is much more than what your human life has taught you and your experiences, up to now, have taught you. You must each create the life that works for you. Many advances start by being aware that there is something more out there than what you have supposed.

The worlds are about to open up and intermingle in new and different ways from anything in your recorded histories. So, you must be aware and open to what is next for you.

The Universal Truth

Dear Ones,

We would like to suggest a process to you. You have figured out that you who are here for work that is beyond human work, are not of the human race. You have allowed your essence to be placed into a human form. So, the physical portion of you must exist in human form but what is within you is not human. So, what you must learn to do is connect with your true essence and learn to create from your soul. You will find your world is very different from your programming. Your way of creating and existing on the earth will also be different from those around you.

We know that many of you have been brought up with human religions. These religions are not of your true nature. We come from a place that is connected to the all that is so when you are connected with this, you have no need for rituals and doctrines from your specific teachings. Come from direct source and you will know what is required of you on a much deeper spiritual level. This is still a connection to the Divine but it has no need for human history in the connection. You are simply to connect with your source energy and guidance system. Yes, there is God, what you call angels and many other forms of beings but we hold no doctrine but love. Each being serves different purposes. Many who are among you have different soul lineages. As you become aware of your true soul lineage, you will be able to create accordingly. You will understand how you fit in the systems of the all that are.

The Light

Today, is not a message that we usually cover. I know a lot of people who are currently doing caregiver duties with parents or other relatives. We all seem to be at a frustrated place with this task for various reasons. When you reach this stage in life, you end up with a lot of work, which requires a lot of patience and many of us are feeling a lack of support from various areas of our lives. I am fortunate to have caregivers with my Dad who handle the day to day needs. My main issue is that he isn’t aware that he has any problems so he is fighting the need to have someone help him. He sees himself as young and independent, which is not what is taking place. A friend of mine is dealing with a parent with memory problems who is now at hospice level of care in a group home. The frustration with her is the caregivers who want to prolong her mother’s life instead of letting her leave on her mom’s terms.

Our parents will often hang on for various reasons. We can’t control that but we can ensure that they have the support that they need for whatever process they are going through. Usually, people at this stage will bond with specific caregivers or relatives who are able to help calm them down and help them work through whatever is taking place. The largest ingredient we can bring to the equation is patience. If our loved one is doing something that is driving us crazy, we have to realize that they are not doing it on purpose. If you wait it out, it will most likely shift. If they have bursts of anger, they are not because of us but because of a lack of awareness and control on the loved one’s part. So, it is important to not take anything personally. You do the best that you can to take care of their needs and help support whatever is taking place in the moment. This process also teaches you the need to be in the moment with them. You need to learn to let go of whatever stress you are feeling. Chances are the loved one is not aware of doing anything that is creating stress for you.

If you have trouble with this process, seek out support. There are many different support groups out there to help people deal with the end of life issues with loved ones. I am addressing aging parents here but it could be anyone who is dealing with illness and end of life issues with a loved one.

Now is the time to stop and evaluate what you have and where you are headed. If you are committed to being and doing what you are here to be and do, then you must clear up obstacles that hold you back. Some obstacles serve you. Other’s are just manmade beliefs that you no longer need hold onto. If people need to be in your life and share this part of the journey with you, they will continue to do so. If not, new people will come in. Don’t bring people in because you are scared of being alone. Don’t occupy your time with things because you believe that you must be busy at all times. Learn to quiet your mind and space an be open to what is coming in that is new. All things happen in the perfect timing. Be comfortable with yourself. Nourish your own soul and physical forms. Allow this time to be sacred and special.

It is time to stop taking things at face value. See beyond appearances. Look beyond what is being shown to you. There are many smoke screens in your world. People mask who they are and you soon find out that there is a mask hiding the true being. Most of those trying to hide their true nature, will not be able to do so for much longer. They are not doing as good a job as they believe they are doing.

The way you navigate smoke screens is by trusting your intuition. Someone may tell you what you want to hear but that doesn’t mean it is true. Ask that the truth be shown and you will understand what needs to happen. If you feel something is off or out of whack, it is. So, don’t make excuses. If you feel sick when you are around someone, they are toxic for you. The Universe has no need for you to stay in situations that are toxic for you. That is not a loving thing to do for you or for the others involved. Soon, you will know how to stay away from toxic situations before you even start to get involved in them. But, you must be true to what you pick up and feel. That information is only applicable to you and not necessarily right for someone else. You are tuning in to find your own answers and not trying to control another person or being. Each of you must find what you are committed to creating as your life and way of being on the earth plane. If you perceive someone for being what they truly are, you can make better choices for yourself. The better information you have, the better choices you make.

I was talking to a friend a few weeks back. We were discussing her artwork and how it was evolving. We were noticing how there were many things that we thought were part of the game plan that seem to be not related or connected to us any more. What came through is that many of us were given projects and things to occupy our time, while our real work was being prepared. As we connect more and more to our real work, the other projects will go away. There may be a period of stillness where the Universe doesn’t want us to fill the void with anything. We may be instructed to not answer the phone or go out of our homes, during this period. It is important to follow our guidance through this transition so that we don’t get in the way of our shifts and transformations. People will either understand or not understand what we are going through. It is important for us to each follow what is showing up for us. This will be different for each of us.

The other issue that came up was the fear that we need to pay our bills and we have to be able to function in the “real world.” What came through is that we are trying to operate on the old model. Once the new model opens up, we are going to have a very different future. If you are concerned, just place into the equation the need to be honoring of your obligations and those who provide services for you. You may still hear a clear no to something and forcing it won’t make your life easier. Trust what comes through. There is a major shift and change happening right here and now. Many of us feel it. The world is changing on many levels and in many ways.

What are you holding onto that you must release? It is easy to get complacent and hold onto objects that hold sentimental value or because someone gave it to you. It is time to clear away whatever is not really yours so that you have space for what is yours. Energy that needs to be released will make space for what is new, once you release whatever needs to go.

The way that you can determine what needs to stay and what needs to go is to tune into the object. Pay attention to how you feel with it. You might hear an answer or you might feel a specific way with it. Do you feel drawn to it, or do you feel pushed away from it? Does your energy contract or expand with it or being around it? Those are all ways to understand what needs to go or stay. Use your senses and be with things in a very clear and open way. You will find your own techniques that work for you in this process.

Many of you get yourselves in to trouble because you desire to help everyone. You see someone or something in need and feel the need to just step in and help “fix” whatever is taking place. How is that working for you? If you feel drained from the situation, it isn’t working too well. We mentioned yesterday the importance of tuning in. This should be second nature to you. Beings of the light are not always so in tune with the concept that many people of ego are looking for people to use and blame when something doesn’t work in their lives. If you come in with an open heart to such people, you will not be helping, you will find people looking for ways to harm you for trying to help them.

There are many avenues in your earth plane for people of ego to find what they require. There are fewer avenues for people of the light to find what they are needing and requiring. When you tune in, you will find what you need and value much quicker. You will also know when to step away and how to sidestep many problems before they become problems.

Just because someone professes to be something, it doesn’t mean that they are what they say. You will soon learn the truth, as you engage with them. It is important now for you to extricate yourselves from energy draining people and situations so that you may do what you are actually here on the earth to do. It becomes easier over time. It may take a long time for the people you are extricating yourselves from to understand that you are stepping away. Most people only hear what they want to hear. That is why it is important to see people and situations for what they really are. It will save you much angst.

You can each save yourselves a lot of grief and issues by tuning in before you contact someone or say yes or no to doing something. If the answer comes back as no or stay away, then listen to what comes through. Most of you get into trouble by hearing a clear answer and then doing something completely different. Many of you don’t understand that we are here to help you but can’t interfere in many instances, unless asked. So, you assume it is okay to do something and then you end up with people who don’t belong with you or around you or situations that are not right for you.

We have said this before, that not everyone belongs with you. You also have the right to change your mind on something that you engage in that isn’t right for you. You are not doomed to having to continue with something that is not right for you. If you engage with someone who feels really off in your life, you are not supposed to suffer through and allow them to stay connected with you. Some people can’t take hints, even if you are really clear with them and you just need to step away.

It is important to learn to step away from those people and situations that are night right for you. It will free up your energy to do what is right for you. It is okay to have quiet time in transitions and to just be where you are. You don’t need to always find people and experiences to fill the void.

How can people understand their lessons in life and work through them better?

What do you see reflected back to you? There may be loops that you keep finding showing up. There might be certain people who show up and you think you worked through something but someone in a different package is the same person showing up. Pay attention to the patterns that you keep observing. Where do you get frustrated? There is probably a huge lesson for you in that moment or experience. Are there types of people or situations that consistently make you angry? There are lessons for you in those moments. Of course, the lesson may be to just step away from someone. Do you attract drama/trauma situations and people? If so there are some lessons for you in that experience.

Pay attention to the type of life that you want versus what you have. What changes do you want to see take place? What patterns are you focused on and how do they affect what you have? You work through things by bringing up questions about what is showing up in your life and how to process the experiences and moments. This isn’t just an intellectual approach. This is also visceral. Engage all of your senses with experiences. Pay attention to what works for you and what doesn’t work for you. Something may work in one moment and not in another moment. Be willing to try something different. Much is open ended. Each experience is just a moment. Patterns hold the key to what you need to take a clear look at. Be willing to step back and make another choice. Move ahead as you need to. Pay attention to right where you are. Come up with your own questions and answers. See how things work out, once you define something. The reactions will help you navigate the all that is. What shows up will also help you understand better what you are putting out in the world and willing to accept and experience.

When people are in the place of limbo or feeling stuck, what can they do?

Be present and in the here and now. Find something to enjoy, while you are waiting for movement. Enjoy the quiet time. Do something creative. Explore something that you have always wanted to try. Give yourself permission to have down time and to be reflective. Open to your piece in the moment or your lessons for right now.

Most people tend to get really frustrated during this time of limbo and stillness. How can we help them with this period? Look at what you have control over. If you can’t control it, how can it truly make you frustrated. Relax and release the need to control and fix what isn’t broken. Be in the present moment. For even, if this takes a year or more, it is just a blink of an eye for us and only a moment in time. How you handle frustration says a lot about your character and ability to survive. You must learn to let go of the need to control a situation that is beyond your control. Tune in and find out if there is anything you need to do in the moment. Most likely, you will just need to take each moment as it comes. Life is made up of a series of moments. How you handle them is how you create your life. Those who need to control everything tend to have a much more difficult time in life. Practice being in the moment. Release the need to control others and pay attention to what feels right for you. Stop telling others how to be. Allow them to be who and what they are. If you aren’t trying to control others, you won’t be frustrated by them. There are very few cases where you can’t step away from something that isn’t right for you. Many create a story that tells them that they need to stay in something and be miserable. But, in truth that is up to you. There are some soul agreements to help someone through a difficult period in their life but you don’t need to be abused in anything that exists. Your attitudes can be adjusted to help you see something differently. You don’t need to take on someone else’s experiences. Work on your own experiences instead.

What are some ways that people can understand how their work or life is evolving?

You know that you are drawn to different information. Your passions change and adjust. Life tends to bring opportunities into your field. People either follow through with the opportunities or they reject them. Many waffle on making changes and many will wait until it is too late to proceed with something. Much is going to change on a large scale and quickly. You must be able to tune in and know which directions to follow and which paths to take. There are many humans who will hold energy tightly and not allow it to move or grow. They have a need to control what is showing up and often they will stifle the energy until it no longer is what it was.

You have seen how people hold onto something and obsess over it, until the energy is gone and then they wonder what happened to what was supposed to take place. If you learn how to not obsess over something and flow with the energy, then you will be able to evolve much more easily in your work and other parts of your life. Nothing is meant to truly be stagnant but when many get obsessive and are in ego, they cannot see this.

If you truly want to evolve, enjoy what you have while you have. Enjoy the people who belong in your life, while they are in your life. Be willing to let things go and move to the next piece. There is very little that you can truly plan out. Pay attention to how you feel in the energy of what you are doing and experiencing. Release what doesn’t feel good or right and open to what does belong. Be in the present moment and truly show up. Don’t worry about what is next. Instead look at what needs to take shape right here and now. Find ways to enjoy whatever you are doing. If you aren’t enjoying it, step back. If you can bring love in to everything you are involved in, then you will truly evolve and get the most of each moment.

I have been looking at a lot of future events so that I can plan things out. I notice the energy changing from moment to moment. The logical mind thinks, I must have been off in what I was seeing happening and the timing. However, what is coming through is to bring the focus to the present moment. The events will soon take place but it isn’t important to know exactly when because they are events that pertain to other people. By bringing attention towards the current moment, I am being prepared for what is next. We are taking the present pieces and moving forward on towards the next stage.

Timing may be changed because there are more important matters to attend to right now and we know that others will always have what they need. We often think that we are the ones who will have to do something but there are many others who are capable of attending to what may happen in the lives of another. If you focus on what it is that you need to do and where you need to be, you are in a much better focus and way of thinking. Focus on what you need to do in this day and this moment. Ask how to process something and where to place your focus, attention and intention. This is not a selfish concept. This is what will help you help many others in your future.

We hear many humans speak of God’s word. These people are referring to quotes from the Bible or some other scriptures. They think that someone is more pious because they are able to quote passages. They think that the only laws of man should come from scriptures written many centuries ago. Mankind is evolving. If you must get stuck on passages or words of God, focus on love. That is one of God’s highest perceptions. Then, you may progress towards kindness, compassion and respect for all life. Mankind thinks that all creations are there for the benefit and use of man. All that was created is valued and important.

Vengeance, war, domination are creations of mankind that stem out of fear or the need to be more powerful than another being. These concepts are allowed because of God’s love and the creation of Free Will. Mankind was given many choices and opportunities to create out of God’s love. God then gave options and wanted to see what mankind would do with them. What brings you towards God and what takes you away from God? Love and higher vibrational living will take you towards God. War, anger, fear, domination will take you away from God. The choice is always yours. There were bountiful resources created so that all may prosper. Yet, many would deny basics to some while others hoard much of the resources. Greed doesn’t come from love. It comes from fear. So, pay attention to what you are creating and focusing on. You have the power to change whatever isn’t working in your life right now.

When people speak of their dreams, passions and desires but then do nothing towards their goals and aspirations, are they really their true dreams, passions and desires. If you espouse that something is really important to you but then find excuses why you can’t do whatever you are espousing, ask yourself why you can’t get motivated to do that dream, desire or passion. If you find that something always gets in the way of your progressing with what you say is your true love, you need to question what is getting in the way. Is this a true desire, dream or passion? Is the timing off? Is it time to move into another direction?

There are times where you feel inspired to do something but you procrastinate and then the urge is gone. There some things in life where the timing does matter. If you wait too long, someone else will create what we went to you to create. Other times, there may be something that needs to be done first. Every so often it is good to re-evaluate what you are doing and make sure it is still the right course of action for you. We don’t say this to make you feel that someone is punishing you for not taking action. We say this because we put out ideas to many people. Some will act on things right away. Other people will find excuses or discount the information. Some need to put a lot of energy into researching something and others just find ways to create. Have you ever seen something advertised and thought that it was your idea but you never did anything with it? This is because we do place the ideas in the heads of many. So, don’t come up with excuses to not do something. Look for ways to do what is within you and wants to be express creatively.

Answers come when you are ready for them and when they are ready to be revealed. Knowing this allows you each to relax and enjoy the moment. Put out what you wish to learn and understand but then let go. Refocus yourself to the moment and what needs to take place in the moment. Your futures will reveal themselves in due time. Your present is here to be enjoyed and your past is over. You have a chance to start fresh with each present moment. You know you are valued and loved. It doesn’t matter if that doesn’t seem to show up in your daily life. You have created filters that manifest what you have allowed to come through and block what you have filtered out of your perceptions. How many times do you wake up and see something that was there all along but you never noticed it before? You were focused in another direction. Just because you don’t see something or it isn’t in your awareness doesn’t mean it isn’t there. The all that is simply is. There is nothing really new in creation, it is just a matter of someone being ready for what is to reveal itself to you. The consciousness must be right.

Notice how this will affect your day and the way to proceed in your day. Much of the things of your world are designed to violate and place your attention on controlled desires. You must help support your true purpose for being here at this time in your world history. Know that your soul has engineered this timing and many parts of your life.

Energy! Feel it! Take it in! Be with it! Don’t try and change or adjust it. Allow it to be just as it is. Create resonance with it. You must first learn to be with something without any attachments to what it is and how it is. Know that all creations are of great value and serve potential. You know what feels right for you and you must respect that just because something doesn’t feel right for you, it doesn’t mean that it should not be allowed to be. As you build your life, you are looking for what feels right for you. You must step back and relearn those answers. Your world has taught you belief systems based on faulty values and perceptions. You have been taught to believe that God has created rules and values that you must adhere to. Know that God has mainly created love for all of mankind and the creatures of the earth. So, if you want to create from that foundation, you must do no harm to any life form. You must love and value all of life. Hold gratitude and appreciation for all that exists. You know what belongs in your own life by how it feels to you. You don’t know what belongs in the life of another, based on your own values. There is no need to harm another because they are different from you. If you need to hurt someone to prove how right you are, you are most likely not right. Always go back to basics and be with energy before judging it. Each life form finds what is right for it. If something isn’t right for you, simply step away from it. You don’t need to destroy what you don’t understand.

We are helping you restructure and build from the ground level. Your foundations are changing. Witness how many of your earth struggles to make ends meet or work. People are not considered of value, if they don’t measure up to what their society says that they should be doing every moment of every day. We submit that there are other ways of being in your world and on your earth plane. You will still do what is necessary to feed yourselves and honor your commitments. You will just be making different commitments that are aligned with your soul’s purpose of being in this plane of existence right here and now. The guidance is around you and within you to help you navigate this new way of being and existing. Really learn to let go of the old ways and now embrace the new. When humans experience shifts and changes, they often try and access what they were utilizing before the changes. This is not allowing the changes to take place. You must learn to let go of what you think you know from your past. You must release the old ways and completely open up to the new ways. If everything is not in place, you will find a sense of frustration trying to do what you did in the past. Bring your awareness and focus on the guidance you are receiving right now. Don’t worry about what you did in the past or what you will be doing in the future. Be present and open to doing what needs to be done right now. This all goes to the concept of trust. Allow yourself to be open to something completely new and different. The struggle and sense of distress is what often holds humans back. When you let go and allow God to work with you, you will always find a happy ending and experience. The miracles are there, you just need to be present and allow them to show up in their own time and way.

I was reading a book on healing techniques and the person was saying it was okay to send healing to someone without checking in with the person and the spirit first. What do you think about that?

We think this is a violation of the person and a waste of energy. You are making an assumption that what you perceive as a medical problem is really a problem. You take physical pain and altered perceptions of health and feel the need to fix what you perceive as wrong. You are judging the person and the experience and feeling that you know best about what should be taking place for that individual. The healer who does this is actually manipulating energy that they don’t understand and using their ego to go into fix mode without first checking in. There are times where this will appear to work and other times where you are just wasting energy.

Each of you holds the power to heal and you can also do it for yourselves. First check in and see if it okay to heal what you perceive as being off. If you get a yes, you may proceed. If you get a no then trust the process that needs to take place but always check in first. When something shows up in your own body or life, tune in and ask what it is there for and how it serves you. You may ask what you need to do in the situation. Then, follow the guidance that you receive. There may be a very good purpose for whatever is taking place. So, don’t jump to judgment on whatever takes place. Seek instead to understand your part of the experience. Everything shows up for a certain reason. Know the reason before you attempt to change what you experience.

Trust what you pick up, even when the outward signs don’t reveal what you are reacting to. Take the guidance and directions for each day and don’t worry about long term. Right now, much is being refocused and realigned. There are many things taking place on small and large scales. So, if you get a really strong feeling to do something or not do something, then follow what you are picking up and stop fighting the energy. Even when something doesn’t make logical sense it will make sense at some level. Know that we have your back and are watching out for you on many levels. Know also that things will make sense soon, even if the don’t make sense in this moment.

There are some things that you can’t prepare for. Know this. Some events in time and space must just be experienced without any preconceived notions or desires to control outcomes. You need to be present, aware and open. You will know how to navigate what is now to be. You will also know where you fit into the scheme of whatever is taking place. If you have learned to communicate with your teams of beings, you will know what you need to do and how to handle whatever is coming up. If you haven’t worked and learned to communicate with your teams, never fear, help will still show up.

Remember the real focus of light is love. The real focus of what you refer to as heaven is love. All of the things that happen on the earth plane come from free will but each of you is loved and valued. Your physical bodies may be harmed but that is merely a shell. Men may hate other men but your soul does not hate anyone or anything. You must learn to reconnect with your soul and your soul’s journey. Never buy into the slight of hand that you perceive as your reality. We know we are focusing on this concept but it is valuable for you to really understand this right now. More than any other time in human existence this is a pivotal time of change. You are either awakening or remaining asleep. The choice is up to you.

We would like to propose a process for each of you. When you start each morning, pray for guidance and ask for what your focus needs to be each day. You may feel this focus change and ask what the next focus should be. This is to train your minds. You may receive a one word answer or you may receive a concept or thought pattern. Work on then bringing your mind back to the energy you receive as your new word or pattern. Don’t try and evolve this process. Let it be what it needs to be. By this, we mean don’t manipulate the process or try and make it more than it is. Allow the energy to be simple. This will help you learn faster. We are building a foundation now.

The question we received is how do you build your trust in those beings working with you and through you? This answer is simple. You must learn from what comes through to you. What works and what doesn’t work. Some of the issues that arise come from you misinterpreting information or adding your own spin to what is being presented. You may have an invested belief in knowing the answer or a certain answer that will skew what takes place. When you learn to let go and just allow the answers to come in through your various senses, you will get better at interpreting what is coming through to you.

Major shifts are taking place now and you will need to work on your trust level with your guides and teams. They may be the difference of how your life proceeds in the changes taking place. Being stubborn will not help you evaluate or move forward. You must learn to really value your guides and work with them. Come from love. Remove fear from the energy and you will never have anything to worry about. We realize that many of you have been taught fear based ways of being. It really is time to move beyond this now. You have a lot of chances to work on this, by seeing what is being presented to you on screens, movies, television and the news. When these stories take place, you may ask what to focus on and what not to focus on. Expand what you view as the important piece. Never buy into what you imagine is the worst case scenario. It is only an experience brought on by those who mean to harm others and bring you into their hate energy. You may choose to not buy into that and come from a place of love to those who deserve your love. The less energy you give to those not in your circle and path, the better. Love instead those who seek ways to love and be loving. The energy will grow. Your world seems to have more violence than love but that is only an illusion. Most beings want to love and be loved.

Know us and allow us in! We make special efforts for those of you who are working at learning how to work with your teams but we expect those of you who have been working with your groups for a while to really get the hang of working with other beings and other worlds. There are times to question and argue and times to just take the information and go with it. We get tired of having to constantly prove ourselves to you, when the timing is vital. If something isn’t important, it is fine to step back and question. This is not an ego energy request. We are trying to help you move through some things that will be coming in quickly and will need you to just follow what is coming through. We want you to feel secure in who is working with you but we also want you to do the work you are meant to do and perform.

Use the analogy of a parent who is trying to prevent their child from being harmed by oncoming danger. You are in a physical world that holds dangers. Your spirit is never in danger. We are trying to help on the physical level as well as the mission level. So, spend the quiet times of your life building up your trust in those who provide information for you. Then, when you received guidance or directions follow them.

When you receive information from your guides or some being who is answering your request, try trusting them and allowing them in. Very few beings show up because they wish to create mischief in your life. You can shield for anything you are concerned about by setting up the parameters for some being of light or higher vibration to come in and guide you or provide you with information. You have specific beings who are meant to be in your life to work with you. Trust them. Unless you are an alcoholic or drug user, you most likely have beings around you who are completely trust worthy. Lower vibrational beings tend to hang around those with dependency issues or fear issues. They are attracted to that energy. If you are coming from a love base and open, then you are in good hands. You will know the difference pretty quickly between those of light and those of ego base. You need to develop a trust base connection with those whom you are working with. You also need to follow through with the guidance that is provided to you and trust the outcome will be perfect.

If there is anyone whose life you are holding onto, release them. Give each person their life back. Let each person be responsible for their choices and actions. You are not responsible for another. You may love someone dearly and work with them to help them succeed but that is a choice you make to help them with that piece. Ultimately, each must choose what is right for them. There are some that you are linked with and you serve a purpose by helping them in their purpose and experiences. You never know, unless you check in and ask for guidance in how to be with someone and a certain situation. You may still do this work with them but let them have their own choices and life back. Take back your own choices and your life. Trust that you will know how to be with each moment that presents itself. You find new roles to play.

As you develop and grow into your work and life, you will notice how your work evolves. Many will try and hold you in the place where they feel comfortable with you. However, you will no longer be able to do the old work. You will need to let it go and be in the place you are. Your old life may be surrendered and you will know how to move forward. Holding onto the attachments of where you were will tether you to the past but not allow you to move forward. You owe it to yourself and those in your future to move forward in your work and ways. Those from your past, who belong with you, will be with you. You must let go of the old to create the new. You don’t need to justify your changes. Allow yourself to flourish and you will know how to move forward. New people will show up. Those who need to hold onto the past, will be able to do so. It just creates a stagnation to hold onto what you must now release.

We ask you to look at different forms of addictions. When someone is holding onto their story or their form of dependency, you can do nothing about their experiences. When someone is holding onto victimization and stuck in their own process, without being able to see how they affect others, they cannot be helped. You can’t fix anyone or anything that needs to be as it is. You can be there to offer help for those who are willing to do the work. Each individual holds the key and power for how to heal their own lives. The help will be there, when they are ready to grow and move forward. You must recognize which stage they are in, when they seek help. Forcing help on someone in this process will never work. There is a stage where help will work but if you need to force it, you are not there. You may hold others accountable for their behaviors and actions. You may utilize cause and effect. You may find ways to better protect yourself in dealing with the ones in addictions. When someone is ready to change they will for themselves and not for others. The need to fix others is also a form of addiction. So, think about that the next time you take on people as a project to heal them or fix them. You are in a place of judgment with them. Pay attention to how that is working for you and them. If you can be neutral with them and just open to what your piece is, you may be quite effective. The reactions will let you know where you are in their process.

I was looking at some of the blessings that people will say to people. I finished a book and it talked about praying for suffering to end. When I tuned into that, I heard suffering is optional. Those who are in suffering are in that energy because they have chosen that work. If you pray for them to not be in suffering, you are taking away their work. A better prayer or invocation is for each being to have the life that they are meant to have. Another variation is for each being to have the experiences that are meant for them.

Some things happen because the soul has asked for the experience. Some things happen because we have become a society of people who are not present and paying attention to their inner guidance systems. It is not for any human to take away the experiences that someone needs to undergo. You might pray for someone to find their true path or to awaken but even that might alter what needs to really happen with that individual in the current moment.

Many look at their purpose as being attainment of enlightenment. When you work towards that, you are judging your experiences and path, without knowing what you are truly here to do and experience. It might be better to work more on getting the most of each experience that presents itself to you, instead of working at avoiding the energy around you and the life you are creating and processing. You only need to worry about the present moment and not the future or the past. The future will happen in its own time. The past is over and the present is where you are doing your current work.

I am writing this message a week after the violence at the Boston Marathon. I was asking my group about how do we deal with people who would do violence and look for ways to kill or maim others. I have read a lot of work where people say our job is to love everyone and I asked about loving those who only wish to harm others. Here is the response that came through:

You see violence and then your world spends a lot of energy explaining those who have created the violence. What you are doing is placing your energy in creating more violence and when you send love to those who have perpetuated the violence their energy takes the love energy and views it as support for their actions. The best thing you can do is be neutral with such people. If you get angry, you are adding to the violent energy. If you stay neutral you are not putting energy into their actions. Stop reading about them. Stop giving them any of your time and energy. You don’t want to create a sense of glorification of those behaviors. There are those who are in place to deal with such people and that is their life work. If you must do anything, send love to those in recovery and help those who wish your help with their healing process. Put your energy toward the heroes who put themselves in harms way to help others. They could use your encouragement and love.

We see how television and newspapers are focused on the wrong angle of the story. They focus on the violence and telling you about the person who would create such violence. This is an attempt to help people understand why someone did something but that is not what helps you heal. The more energy you give something, the more it expands. If you put your energy towards those who step in to truly help, then you are expanding that energy. Put your intention and attention into the areas that truly matter to you. This is another reason why we caution you about watching violent films and shows. Focus instead on what you wish to see expand. Violence and what you term as evil will exist but that doesn’t mean that your main focus is on them and their actions. There are many wonderful people out there doing really great work and compassionate work. The focus needs to be on telling the stories of those doing good in your world.

We have given this message before. Be who and what you are. The only person responsible for you being who and what you are is you. Love those around you. You don’t have to like them or spend time with them. Just love them. Release any expectations and conditions for this love. Trust that they will find themselves and their answers. You are not there to fix anyone or anything. You are there to be who and what you are. You will move on, when the time is right to move on. The only perceived control you have over anyone or anything is over your own actions, beliefs and behaviors. Each being is responsible for themselves.

When you have children in your life, you are there to help them be exposed to experiences. When they find what they love and are passionate about, encourage them to cultivate their joy and passions. Help those you contact do what they do best. All of you learning to work together will create a beautiful world.

There is potential in each life form. Plants grow. They don’t try and grow, they do what is in their nature. Water flows because that is what it does in rivers and oceans. Humans are taught to be as society and their inner circle expect them to be. People are forced to be different from their nature, if it doesn’t conform to what they are expected to be. If you allow each being to be who and what they truly are and you just nurture them, you will find much grows and blossoms that otherwise would have remained dormant.

Each of you have an innate programming. You are programmed to be something wonderful. Not everyone will appreciate your gifts and talents. But, many will appreciate you for being just who and what you are. Instead of teaching hatred for what is not understood, teach love for the beauty that is within and ready to come and express itself. You will find where you belong.

Allow all to be just as it is meant to be. Learn to help encourage this. Cultivate the gifts and talents that are within each being. Not what you want them to possess but what they do possess.

Placing people and experiences into boxes won’t work for you or anyone. We understand that you do this to make the world make sense for yourself but it doesn’t allow anything to be what it truly is. You will miss out on much potential. When you place something in a box or try to define it, you are limiting the person and the experience with them. This doesn’t truly allow you to experience the person or situation. This behavior also takes you away from the moment and being present in the moment. As you release your definitions and need to limit others, you will be surprised at what you encounter and experience. You will see the world wake up.

There is no real suffering. That is from a limiting perspective of what is taking place. You are locked into what appears to be. You may feel sad or have other feelings and emotions but you don’t see what is fully taking place on all realms and dimensions. You only perceive the human/physical world experience.

You can’t force the teacher to show up or the student to be ready to learn. All appears in the correct order and at the perfect time. Many will judge experiences but all experiences are perfect and teach the lessons the individual needs to learn or is ready to learn. You will awaken and learn, as you need to. You will also be ready for experiences when you are ready for them. It is not about your timing but about the right timing.

The Lord

The piece that keeps most people from their goals and real success is a separation of from real, unconditional love. Rediscovering this true love energy will help each of us attain our true purpose and reason for being. Coming from this energy, people will no longer be fixated on obtaining stuff and gaining control of others. People won’t need to overpower another or force them to believe the way that they think others should believe. We will love each other for just who we are and as we are. We will allow people to follow their own paths and no longer need to harm another being or group of beings. We will value all that is.

In truth, when we master love, we will obtain a life that is full and richer than anything else that we could imagine. When we connect to God, the Universe and the all that is from a place of love, we will be connected to the all that is and respect the all that is from love. There will no longer be a need to judge another or fix another. We can truly just love each other for who and what we are. What a world that will be. It is possible to create such a world. You work on mastering your own connection to love and then love will attract more love. There is only one pure love. What you perceive as variations comes from the judgments others make and perceive. When you get to the mastery level, you will understand this.

Mankind is not binary. Things are not black and white. Yet, many companies in your earth systems are trying to make it appear so. They take out customer service or reduce the needs of their customers to a check list. If your problem or concern doesn’t fit their check list, there is no help available for you. There is a trend to remove you from human contact. However, the human contact could take care of many issues much more quickly. Many law suites would never take place if you could work with each other from a compassionate place and connect with each other.

Human contact is what all of you need. You are not meant to live completely solitary lives. You are meant to engage with others and to be working as units. Few animals in existence do great just being solitary. Most species require help from others of their kind or from other beings on your planet. Know that companies that seem to remove direct contact with them will not be able to function on a successful level, even if it appears that they are doing so right now. Machines only are helpful, if they help create connection and not create disconnection. Yes there are times where many of you need space and privacy. But, you can’t do this indefinitely.

Many systems are changing. We urge you to focus on how to be more loving and bring more love into the world to help usher these changes in.

What is it that you expect from people and situations? What happens when things don’t go the way you think that they should? Where do you find that you get frustrated when things don’t go how you expect them to go? Are you able to just let go of your expectations, wants and desires? In reality, the experience could be something miraculous. If you hold onto your need to control your environment and others, you will miss out on some pretty amazing experiences.

It is okay to have wants and desires. In fact, they will materialize but not necessarily how you expect them to show up. You may find that something may show up in a different package or way. The timing may not be how you envision it. You may also find that something better is waiting for you and ready to materialize and you will miss out because of where your focus is. Tune into your inner guidance system and bypass your logical mind. See how that works for you.

Many things transpire. Many of you try to understand the world by defining it but that isn’t necessarily the right way to be with something. Experience things without the need to judge or explain it. Just be with the experience. Let the experience flow through you. Remove your judgments of what is happening. Let your senses just experience what is taking place. You don’t need to justify and explain everything that takes place. Most of life is about showing up and being with what is around you and in you. Learning to release judgment and the need to define everything will actually open up a new world for you. You are ready for this to take place. Now is your time to grow and explore.

Trust the signs and what you are picking up. If someone continually cancels on you, check in and see if you should be pursuing a connection with that person or if what you are trying to do is something that you should be trying to do. If you are constantly being blocked by something, pay attention. If you feel like you are being prevented from being in a certain place, pay attention. There are signs all around you. You may be trying to do something that you shouldn’t be doing or you may be trying to do something in a way that isn’t right for you. Don’t try and force the creations that you think need to happen. Work on creating in ways that are in alignment for you.

All of your senses are working with you and will provide information to you.

Not all things belong with you and are of you. Many of you are collectors. Why do you feel the need to surround yourself with trinkets and stuff? How much of your collections hold value for you? Release what you do not value. Allow what belongs with you and around you to stay. See what charges you and your space and what depletes you and your space. Awaken and be clear. You must see things with fresh eyes and you will know how to process the energy around you. Clear away what no longer fits or works for you. Say yes to things that are aligned with you and your future. Follow the path of your inner guidance or map. The stars are aligned now for you to venture ahead. Release the weight of what no longer needs to be carried around with you. You are headed into your future self. Now is the time to spread your wings.

The Light and the power of the Divine

Arise fair children of the light. Let you light shine out into your world. Unite in fellowship, love and compassion. Be a shining beacon of light, healing and beneficence. Awaken what is within you. This is now the time for you to bring light out into your world. There is enough darkness spread by fear and limiting beliefs and behaviors. Fear nothing. Know that you will be magnificent in your process and your light. You have many gifts to offer now. Be of the light and you will never need to worry again. Allow others the freedom to be who and what they are. You are evolving from within and around your own light energy and forces. Your physical form is just a shell that you borrow to be among mankind. You offer your gifts and there will be those who accept them and others who want nothing to do with them. Fear not! For you will attract those who belong with you and among you. Light attracts much. Filter out what doesn't belong and you will be aware of what does belong.

Speak your truth! When you do this, you are being aligned. You don’t do this so that others will change or have any specific reaction. You do this so that you are clear. You do this so that you may follow the destiny that is before you. Some people will fall away and others will come to be near you. This will help you clear away that which doesn’t belong with you. It is important to release what doesn’t belong so that you have space for what does belong. It is important for you to know who and what you are. We wish you to create more authentically.

As a caveat, there is nothing true about people who would wish harm on another or a group of people. There is nothing of love or light in that thought process. It might be how someone was conditioned to think but it is not truly in their soul. This is an ego being. We are giving you exercises to help you align with your soul and light being self. So, if that is not the path you wish to follow, be aware that you might not find these ponderings helpful. We do not seek to harm anyone but to help those who wish to grow in the light. Each of you must follow your own pathways.

Love! Think about this word and this energy. What does real love mean to you? How have you been train to think about love? What is being reflected to you related to love? Do you feel lovable and deserving of love? Do you love yourself? Try bringing love from within you out into the world with no expectation of what will come. Spend some time with the energy and let it emanate from you. Don’t judge others or what you think you are seeing. This assignment is just to be love with no conditions or expectations. Spend some real time with this assignment. You may find it is difficult or it is easy. This is not dependant on anyone else or their reactions. You are doing this for you. Start asking how you would do something, if you truly loved yourself. Start stepping back and ask if you are being loving in your actions and what you are brining out into the world. You are in control of yourself and no one else. Know this and explore this.

Development! Think about this word and what you need to develop. Many of you are aware that there are changes and shifts taking place. What do you need to help you prepare for what is next? What is your soul longing to do? Be open and tune into this. See what comes through. What needs to happen for you to move into your next phase? What do you perceive as holding you back? Spend some time with this thought process. Don’t blame others. Ultimately, you hold the key to moving forward and growing. Are you scared to grow and take a chance? How is that working for you? Be open and honest in this process and see what manifests.

There are times that you may need to make difficult decisions. There are times where something isn’t working out for you and others around you. When this shows up, you must be willing to make changes. You can’t ignore the problems and issues. You need to come up with what will work better in the future.

There is nothing wrong with leaving situations that don’t seem to want to change and evolve. It frees all of you to move on and create something much more in alignment. Change scares many of you but there is nothing wrong with making changes. We ask you to move beyond the suffering model. Taking jobs because you are fearful no longer works. Staying in situations because you are fearful, no longer works. There are many options for you to explore and you will find what feels right. Just keep the faith and be willing to try new things. Follow your destinies.

When you are creating, we ask that you move past fear. We have spoken of this before. Release your sense of urgency. Stop comparing yourself to others and what you think their abilities are and what you think that they can do. You have no competition. You are not here on the earth to measure up to anyone’s expectations. You are here to be with others just as you are. Know that you are more than good enough. If things are not working, it is because you are trying to fit into what others expect you to be and do instead of what is in alignment.

Don’t try and force others to be with you. Don’t try and force yourself into a job that feels off. Find instead the people who feel right to be around and the work that feels aligned with your soul. Something is out there to fit your skill set and abilities. When you do the work that is aligned, you will feel energized and charged. Seek your vocation and not just a job. You can do the day job, while you find yourself and your passion.

I was doing a meditation on hands on healing and some activation of different centers. The information that came through might help some of you.

On hands on healing, what came through was: Touch people with love. You are sending the energy of love into people who are in need of this. Illness and problems come from fear or energy blocks. You must not be scared to touch someone and be with someone. This applies to working with animals or plants. Tune into love before you start any process. You are not judging the person, animal or energy for whatever has been created. You are not trying to fix or change them. You are just touching them with pure and utter love. Much can change, when pure love is made available.

As far as activation of energy centers or whatever else you might want to connect with or affect, you may also use love and see what takes place. There might be some other activation energy and that will reveal itself to you, as you tune in. Each of you has various catalysts for different things. Start with love and go from there.

Stop buying into what is being presented in your world. Allow the other forces to be what they are. Focus on being in the love energy and sharing love with your world. You might find this is not right for you. If so, something else will reveal itself to you. So, there is no need for worry or concern. We just offer this to you.

People get into trouble, when they try to make something into what they want it to be instead of what it really is. We do this with people and situations all of the time. How does this really work for us? Yet we all do this pattern in some form or another. It is better to see people and situation for what they really are. It helps you know where you stand with the person and situation. Then, you can make a clearer and better decision on how to be with someone and how to proceed with the situation.

Look at what you have control over and what you have no control over. We know that there are things that upset you and if you are honest, you have no control over whatever took place.

Whatever shows up, you will be able to work through it and handle it. So, take a breath and step back from what you have no control over. Handle what you do have control over.

The Light

When you notice things showing up in various patterns, pay attention to the patterns. Ask what the message is from what is showing up. This pattern may seem like it is showing up to frustrate you but if the same thing happens time and again, there is a message there for you. As you notice the patterns, you can learn what they are trying to tell you. Your life is less frustrating when you are able to do things consciously. Certain things are not coincidence, they are really the Universe giving you a message. Humans get caught up in the rules and regulations that businesses and governments create. Some of the rules can be helpful others are not in alignment with spirit. So, it is up to each to pay attention to the messages you get, as you proceed in your day. There may be an alternative way to proceed so that something complies with the legalities that your societies have created.

It is easy to go into fear with certain things but we caution you not to. The endeavor is to shift into love based ways. So, kindness and compassion will serve you better than anything else in all that you do. This doesn’t mean that people get to take advantage of you. This means that we want all beings to operate from kindness and compassion. You can’t control others. You can only control aspects of yourself.

In your evolutionary process, you will notice how much changes in your lives and the way you exist. You go through different parts of your life where you hold many various forms of focus and attention. You intention changes and evolves. What is important to you will change and evolve. Your gifts and talents will change and evolve. Don’t mourn what you could do in the past and may feel that you can no longer do. Celebrate what you are able to do right here and how. The changes that you undergo are part of your own human growth. It allows you to connect with those you need to work with and be with right here and now. Never regret anything. You don’t know how it served another. You are not always the best judge of what is taking place and why it is taking place. If you are truly doing your best in each moment, that is perfect. You will have the chance to make another choice or decision in your future. Each moment holds new potential. If something doesn’t work out with one person, you have other people and opportunities to try again.

The main thing to realize is each moment is new. Do your best with each moment and all will work out just as it needs to. You are not here for everyone. Open to those you are meant to connect with and be with. Open to the work you are meant to do and be present. Create the life that is aligned with your soul and purpose. Start each day and end each night with aligning to your true path and purpose. See how your life evolves from there.
