Know us now! Not what you have read and what you have studied. Know those who surround you. Don’t envision us to be a certain way. Open up to the way that we truly are. Let that energy and essence flow through to you. Call in your guide and just be with that guide. Get to know that guide for who and what that guide is. Learn from that guide’s presence. Make a bond of energy. Connect and find the bond that you have with that being. Learn from the essence that reveals itself to you. Open up to whatever is shared with you in this process.

This process is only for you right here and now.

We would like to help you wake up now. The way to wake up is by being aware. Notice the ways that are revolving around you. Notice how you interact with what is around you. Suffering is optional but it won’t help you evolve or work on enlightenment. If you truly wish enlightenment, you must learn to be light. Light is! Light is not trying to force its way into your world. It simply shines because it cannot do anything else. Any light will simply shine. It isn’t working at shining. It just does what it does. You must each learn to be what you are and do what you do. Let your inner essence shine now.

Know that there are many paths. Someone may be at the end of their journey but still be present and alive. Some may come and go in their process. Some may just go, very simply. Some may change their path so that they are still alive. Some may come back from a great illness. There are choices in every turn for you to make.

Some may claim that they are finished and ready to go but then stay. They may be fighting the whole time. They struggle with life and they struggle with death. Start observing people and how their lives work for them or don’t work for them. You are not judging this. You are just observing what seems to work and what doesn’t seem to work. You may then apply this to your own life. Now look at your own life objectively and see what you notice in your own behaviors.

Your lives shift and move constantly. You are in a world of flow. You are in a world of change. Notice those who handle change easily and those who fight the changes. How many of you will look at things as how you expect them to be and will not look at what is before you. Those who grow and adapt are more fluid in watching the changes. Those who need to fight and argue with something being different from what they expect are not wired for survival like those who are able to look at what is before them and figure out how to navigate the situations that arise. What type of person are you? Be honest. Do you stress over change or do you just adapt, without a fuss or fight?

Realize that your life is a process. You are a work in progress. This applies to everyone. Some of you choose to work on yourselves and others try to maintain who and what they are without doing work on themselves. Some see the problems in others but not in themselves. Others see the problems in others and outside of themselves. Some are aware of what isn’t working for them and they are willing to do the work to shift. There are many permutations out there in your world.

There are many choices that are constantly made by all of you. Not choosing is also a choice. We ask that you each embark on your process of life and be open to where it may take you. Some go with the flow and some go kicking and screaming. There is something out there for everyone. You may each choose what works for you and you may choose the people to accompany on the journey.

You are aware that changes are happening right now. You see many professing the way things need to be. We do not see your world that way. We see many choices and we see that many of you are making your individual choices. Some of you are following the pack and doing what you are told to do. Some of you are bucking your systems and you are purposefully doing opposite of what you are told. We would say to use your own reasoning to see what is best for you. Spend time with the energies presenting themselves to you and see what is the best choice for you. Don’t follow or be contrary based on what you believe will either please another or anger another.

You are all programmed for what is right for you. Assess the choices and know it is not one or the other. There are many other alternative ways of being and doing on your planet. There are many choices that are neither right or wrong. The choices are simply choices. Assess your motivation and reason for making the decisions that you make. Be more conscious and aware of what you are doing.

Look at what you truly value. Now look at how aligned you are with what you truly value. Does it match up? What changes do you need to make so that you are in your integrity.

We hear people stating that they are a certain way but that is not what the alignment shows or their behaviors show. They profess one thing and act totally differently. They may say that they are sweet and kind but spend a lot of energy denigrating others. Pay attention to your thoughts, words and actions and see if you are in alignment. If not, make the changes to bring yourself into alignment with your true desires of who and what you are. There is no right or wrong way to do this. Just be honest.

Look at ways to use more natural products on your body and in your body. The products that are natural are easily assimilated in your make up. Your body knows how to process them and take them in. When you use products that have many chemicals in them, your body doesn’t know how to break it down. This goes for fragrances and anything that you use to wash your clothes. The more natural, the better. Consumer goods should have a shelf life. If they don’t, how good are they for your skin and bodies? We realize that it is more convenient for your busy lives when the products can sit indefinitely. But, your bodies need to get back to a more natural way of being with your planet. You will feel better, when you do this.

Start using your bodies more. Too many of you are becoming stagnant. You will spend hours in front of a television screen or computer screen. Your bodies were meant to move. You are designed to work and be physical beings. Find outlets to move more and keep your bodies limber.

Watch what you feed your bodies. Your bodies are machines and they will run better on certain fuels. Use what fuels your bodies best. You know how you feel when you consume certain products. Some things feel better to you than others. Look at food as a fuel source for your body, which is your machine. It is the casing that you have for this human lifetime.

There are ways you may help your earth out. Start by not buying or hording anything that you don’t need or really want. Buying in excess only causes others to produce more than what is needed and it creates a lot of waste. Use synthetic fuels when possible. Watch how you use your resources. Take care of what you do have. Be gentle and caring to all that is in your life. These are ways to help create value to what you own and possess.

If you are someone who is devoted to helping your planet and your world, you must learn to focus on positive thoughts and expand the energy of love and light. You can’t go around telling negative stories or passing around your anger, stress and frustrations. The negative emotions will lower the vibration of the world and go towards limiting the energy of evolution.

If you want to help with this, spend some time each day projecting love and light into your world. As you do this, the energy will expand through you and out into the world. You are not focusing on changing anyone. You are just focusing on being love and light and letting that radiate into your world.

You can use this for any positive energy. You could expand abundance, healthy, vitality. Think about any energy that you desire more of and allow that energy to expand through you. You are helping to expand the positive loving energy. What others do with it is up to them. You are not trying to fix or change anyone else. Your focus is only on expanding something that you truly value.

Not all human systems make sense. Mankind has created different conditions and rules that are not in the best interests of the companies issuing the rules and regulations or the customers. People have been taught to do as they are told so they don’t questions things that don’t make sense to them and many will not venture beyond what they are told or even question rules. Many of you have ways of understanding logical, linear thinking but you are not able to function well in situations expecting you to be cogs in the machines human industries have manufactured. Critical thinking is not revered in this line of working so you find it difficult to explain what is taking place.

There are ways around this but not when you are dealing with those who are stuck or operating in the rules and guise of whatever is not working. Mankind needs to be able to work with others in a much more compassionate, direct way. Systems were designed to make issues easier for others but they don’t make anything easier, if there is no common sense utilized. Many of you are aware that you need to involve some form of common sense. Many are not aware of this.

What is it that you want to be? How would you like to impact the world, your area that you are in, or any other place or aspect of your life? What adds to your goals and what detracts from them? What are you doing that helps you and what are you doing that gets in your way? Who do you want to be? What type of person do you want to be?

Look at what works in your life and what isn’t working in your life right now. Pay attention to the answers of the above questions and look at how you can adjust your life accordingly. If you don’t like something you are becoming or doing in your life, you have the power to change that.

Focus on what you want expanding in your life! Whatever you are truly focusing on is what is expanding in your life. So consciously shift your thoughts to what you wish to truly expand and become your reality.

When you are needing help with creating something or with something showing up in your life, ask for help. Allow the appropriate help to show up and reveal itself to you. Don’t try and convolute or control the help or how it needs to come through. Allow the help to be just what it needs to be. You will get an immediate answer to your request. Where humans get caught up is in making an invocation for help and then trying to tell us how to work with you or who needs to come through and work with you. That is your ego mind trying to tell us what to do. You are assuming you already have your answer. If you had your answer or knew what to do, you would not be asking for our help.

Another problem that often arises is that you make a request and then start limiting either how we may help you or what you really want. At that point, you are getting in your way. Allow us to help you without giving us chains and preventing us from helping you. We know how to do our jobs and we also know who and what is most appropriate to help you.

When you are in energy alignment, there is a flow that happens in your life. When you have energies or people around you that do not match with your energy, you will feel a certain amount of disconnect. The energy may stagnate or it may feel really off to you and dysfunctional. Pay attention to how you feel in various situations and around different people. If you invite someone to stay with you, how does it feel when they are there? All of those things help you understand if the energy is aligned with yours.

You are endeavoring to create spaces where you feel open and aligned. You want to create a focus that supports your journey and doesn’t inhibit your energy.

If you find that you are in a situation where your energy is being impeded, you must be open to how to extricate yourself from the situation or change the situation. Open to your teams and ask for their assistance in any and all matters. Help is available to you.

Patience is the reward of patience. You may expect something or want something and you feel anxious about it or the creation process. You try to will the creation faster but there is a process that is involved and you need to be willing to suspend your desires for the process to take place.

When you are anxious, take time to breathe and to be with the energy you are trying to invoke. Feel what is like to have what you desire. Enjoy the present moment and where you are in this time and space. Know that you will have all that is yours. Know that all things work out perfectly or just as they are meant to be. There is no reason to worry or hold angst. Learn to enter into the flow of the things that you wish to create.

A major shift is taking place right now and much is in the works. You will know how to proceed, when the time is right.

The stories that you repeat, do they help improve your life or detract from your life? The more you repeat them, the more you ingrain them and cause the energy to expand.

Think about the life that you desire. Look at what helps you in the creation of that life. Your focus is powerful. All that you put out into the world is powerful. The tapes in your head are powerful.

When you allow all of the awful experiences to define you, you filter out the amazing experiences. You program yourself for only people who take advantage of you or whatever you focus on saying is your experience. You also create a struggle for the wonderful people to maintain a relationship with you. Your energy can block amazing people from staying in your life. It may repel the people you most want to stay because they don’t fit your story. Or you convert their energy into what supports your story.

You have the power to shift this by resetting you parameters and stories. You hold a whole new resonance when you change your stories or lessen their power over you and you will attract much healthier relationships. You must only believe that you can be with healthy, loving, wonderful people. Filter out what you don’t want and allow what you do want in.

Look at what people express that they desire and what they then put out in the world through their thoughts and actions. How many people are truly self aware? Many complain about something but yet they are putting out the energy to support only what they express that they don’t like. How do you think something will manifest in their lives?

If you truly look at the energy people express in your world, you will be aware of what they are truly asking for. The energy that people express and focus on will expand. When people are clear and aligned, they will manifest much cleaner.

You can’t express anger and displeasure in your world and think you are helping your world. Those of the light are putting out pure love into your world. There is support for what needs to take place and their energy is not put into things that they do not like or support. They put their love into their true desires.

Many things are mutable. You may pick up energy about where something is in the moment but many decisions go into the manifestation so there are a lot of permutations that will affect what takes place. Trying to read something that is changeable is almost impossible. It is better to take someone into their own part of the manifestation and help them in their creation.

If you are reading for someone and things are constantly in flux, you are then just reading for the moment of the reading. You will find that many things will take place in the process of life. When you are coming from a purely spiritual path with the creation, there is no right or wrong. It is just the experience of the moment. The ego is more attached to what needs to take place or how to make something take place. The ego mind is forcing the creation.

Many have specific things that will take place in their lives. Those pieces are easier to read. Those creations and experiences are fixed but the timing may mutate. Most of the experiences of your earth lives are not fixed. You are seeing great changes take place now.

Nothing is healed or made better, if you look down on it. What you focus on and your beliefs help make energy expand. When you look for what is good and valued and you focus on that energy, you help it expand.

Many put a lot of energy in what they say that they don’t value. They focus on pain and suffering. They view things without answers or the ability to change or be altered and then are surprised when their focus expands. It is more surprising when it doesn’t expand. You must trust that there are answers to all problems. There are solutions for each thing that manifests. Focus on a wonderful solution to any issue. You don’t need to know what that answer is. It will make itself known to you, when the time is right. Send out positive energy and you will be well rewarded. You want to put your energy in answers becoming revealed and realities.

Spirit was not meant to suffer. That was a creation of man to create the fear model. Suffering takes people away from the light. Poverty consciousness keeps people away from their spiritual life. It is not better to be poor. It is not a higher vibration to suffer and be in lack.

Those who believe they are closer to God when they are poor are not. They think that suffering helps bring them to God but God is a high vibration and suffering is a low vibration. You move yourselves away from God, as you choose to suffer.

It doesn’t matter if someone is rich or poor. It is their attitude and sense of spiritual self and human self. If they project pure joy, their money can be a gift of spirit and whatever social economic group they belong to doesn’t matter. Rich or poor can be spiritual or devoid of spiritual connection. Each must create happiness for themselves.

What type of environment do you wish to live in? We are not just talking about the space but how the space feels. Is your home a place of chaos or a place of rest and relaxation? Do you want your home to be a sanctuary or a place where much is taking place all of the time? Do you wish various energy at various times? There is no right or wrong answer to this question. This is only something that is for you.

The next question is, what prevents you from creating what you truly desire? What would need to happen to shift your life and home to the energy you wish to spend time in?

The answers could require that you move or that you change your relationships. You are not stuck with what you currently have. But to create what you desire, you must be clear about what you desire.

Know yourself. Know which ways support your journey and know who among those in your lives support your path. Be aware of what is working for you and what is not. Know what serves you and what is not worthy of your time and energy.

You may ask, how you are to know this? Pay attention to what is working in your life and what is not working for you. Pay attention to how you feel. When you are in a job, how does it feel? Things and people that drain you are not in alignment with you. People whom you find yourself avoiding, are not in alignment with you. If you are paying attention, you will understand what is working for you and what is not. You have always been programmed with your own answers. Now is the time to pay attention to what is within in.

In the United States this day is representative of a day that led to freedom from a form of perceived tyranny. Mankind has looked for ways to free the many from those who would suppress them. Many around the world resort to violence as a way of freeing themselves from those of violence. You watch this around your globe right now. Many beings are rising up against dictators and those who would subject their people to violence.

Know there is a day that is coming soon, where mankind will no longer live in such violent regimes. We may understand how it takes some violent act of aggression to spark this change but learn to only use violence as a last resort and only use the amount that is needed to open the door for freedom and respect. Many are too willing to jump to violence and keep it going. Teaching each successive generation to be violent is not serving humanity or the earth. Your world is asking for respectful change and growth right now.

People’s history and experiences have helped to create them for who and what they are. It frames who they become and how they process the world. You are not here to make them conform to you. Be who and what you are. Follow what is organically within you. You are not here to be another being or to allow another being to make you small or lesser. You each have your own wisdom, knowledge and ways of being. You were created as such. You have picked families that have helped to educate you and teach you what they think they know. Your ways are evolving organically.

When you are ready to grow or change, you will naturally and at the perfect timing. You are not here to make another’s ways work for you. You are not here to conform. There are existences where you are part of the all that is. This is not one of those incarnations. Your planet evolves when you each add your own individual gifts out into the world. You are team players when you bring your best selves into the equation. Know this.

When someone speaks to you about enlightenment or a path and then denigrates others who are on another path, they are not coming from a place of enlightenment. When someone is focused on showing you the true way, they are not on a journey you need to accompany them on. There are many ways and many paths. All are valid. Enlightened beings or pure beings will never need to profess their enlightenment or purity. They are what they are. There is no need to convince anyone that you are what you are. By being yourself, the energy is evident. People are not always projecting what they think they are projecting. They may be projecting a completely different energy. Pay attention to when you feel a disconnect with people who need to profess who and what they are. Does it feel aligned and authentic?

Start paying attention to what people say and express and what they truly are. When someone is truly aligned, you will know it. They also don’t need to work at being what they are. They just are that energy.
