Start using your bodies more. Too many of you are becoming stagnant. You will spend hours in front of a television screen or computer screen. Your bodies were meant to move. You are designed to work and be physical beings. Find outlets to move more and keep your bodies limber.
Watch what you feed your bodies. Your bodies are machines and they will run better on certain fuels. Use what fuels your bodies best. You know how you feel when you consume certain products. Some things feel better to you than others. Look at food as a fuel source for your body, which is your machine. It is the casing that you have for this human lifetime.
