For those ready to grow and evolve past your human emotions. You must first honor what you are feeling. Know that you have helped to create all that you have. You have willingly allowed others to control or manipulate you. You have not taken responsibility for your own beliefs and actions but followed a certain form of indoctrination. So, in order to grow, you must start filling yourselves with love. You must learn to first like yourselves and then love yourselves. When you do this, you will no longer allow others to override you or dominate you. You will not stay in unhealthy relationships because you love yourself too much to stay where you are not being honored with respect and love. Once you master loving yourselves, you can truly honor and love others and you will attract a much different energy. Notice in this process, you are not changing others. You are creating the changes within yourself first and extending your new energy into your planet. Each being must take responsibility for creating this new path. This path is not right for all of you. You are not responsible for changing others. You are only responsible for your own changes and growth.

For the past few days, we have given you messages about the holy and sacred. We are doing this because we see areas of your world where many will be starting what they call holy wars. There is no such thing as a holy war. God does not condone war and violence. Those who work towards the destruction of a people because of their beliefs are not coming from a connection with God. The people who preach violence as a means to an end, are coming from anger and the need to control and dominate others. There is a need to place the blame on others for what they have or don’t have. We realize that your governments must respond to such actions but it is our wish that you all learn to work together and be loving towards each other.

What we wish for you is a life where all men, women, children, animals and all forms of life are respected, honored, loved and cherished for who and what they are. We wish you to be gentle and compassionate with each other. To truly grasp this energy, you must truly be enveloped in love for all. You must respect differences and allow all to follow the path that is truly before them. Mankind carries a lot of anger within them but it doesn’t need to stay. You may replace anger and hatred with love and compassion. Those of violence don’t know any better but those of love do. It is time to evolve into a much more loving way of being on your planet and now is the time to start making those changes.

Knowledge is how you get out of the messes that have been created by mankind. What you see showing up is from people reacting to what they are told and indoctrinated with. Violence, pollution, financial issues are arising because you are not using your own intellect, compassion and intuition. You are trusting what others tell you. You follow propaganda and then wonder why things are not turning out as promised. Some religions promise that if members kill or harm others who are not of their faith that they will go to paradise. Does that even sound rational to you? God loves all beings equally. Harming God’s creations doesn’t make anyone have a free ride to paradise. By killing or harming others, you are separating yourselves from God and not bringing yourself towards God. Violence in any form is not condoned. You must learn to exist with each other and learn to respect that individuals have different customs. Pollution in all forms only hurts your world and all life on your planet. You are capable of creating all that you need without harming the earth or any of its inhabitants. Learning to live within your budgets is doable. You will not pay down debt if you only work in a balanced budget model. You must learn to create surplus amounts for what is needed. If you owe money to others, work out a form of payment plan so your debts are honored. Words, actions and deeds must all be aligned and carried through.

Just because someone tells you something, doesn’t mean that it is true. You are looking for trust in people whose words, actions and deeds all match and are aligned. Take the time to verify information so that you know what is true. You must understand what is the ulterior motive that someone might have had. No truly holy book will condone violence of others to create domination. There is nothing sacred in that command or behavior. If something is holy, it doesn’t need coercion to convert others or create an answer. God doesn’t need anyone to fight for him. That is not the energy of the sacred. In ancient text when it portrayed God as vengeful, people took acts of nature and said that God or the Gods were angry. That is not true. You live on a living breathing planet that is evolving and has weather and events happening all of the time. It is not a punishment from God for you to be in a place where that happens. If you learn to pay attention to your intuition, you will always be where you are supposed to be. Many are given a heads up, when something is about to take place. You have only to listen and respond to what you pick up.

A church, synagogue, mosque is not a holy place because of what it is thought to be. It is holy because of the energy that is placed in the space. Denying someone the rights to a holy space because another religion has taken over it, doesn’t make it the ownership of whoever has taken it over. If a space is truly holy, it is open to all to pray and worship as is right for them. God holds no religion above or below another religion. True holy beings come from love of all that is.

For a space to be truly holy and sacred, it must hold the energy of love, compassion and purity. A sacred place is not a place of war and violence. It is a place where all are welcome and respected. Know this. For you are about to watch as some try to take over the spaces of others and proclaim them for themselves. This has gone on for far too long. Some will store armaments and weapons of war in spaces and profess them off limits because the spaces are considered holy. It is no longer holy, once desecrated by violence and violent intent. It is holy when it is filled with love, respect and honor. You may sanctify any space by placing the purity of intention in the space. Your home and land may become holy by enveloping the land with love, peace, respect and honor. Place your blessings in this space and make it a place of peace and love. Be of the light and kindness in this space and you will feel its energy shift.

Know that God is open to all beings. There is no scripture that is required. Come from a pure place and a true desire to connect with God and God will be available to whomever is truly open. Religion doesn’t make one holy or sacred. The purity and authenticity of the soul is all that is required. We don’t expect you to be perfect but we expect you to endeavor to do what is right, kind and loving.

We are working on major transitions in many of your lives. There is an energy happening where people are feeling disconnected. People may feel the need to isolate and be alone. They are confused and wondering what they are here to do. This is evidence of a new phase coming in. We seek your patience with this process. There are several things that need to happen and take place first. You may need to open up to something new.

Transitions can be difficult because one way needs to release so there is room for what is next. If you are in this place, learn to be comfortable with just being. Know much is in the works and you will be in the perfect place at the perfect time. Meanwhile, we need you pay attention to your intuitive self so that you will be guided to what you need to do and when you need to do it. Even if the voice within is subtle. Allow yourself to follow what you are perceiving. Many changes are in the works and you will know when the time is right to move into your next phase of life.

Some good questions to ask are what should I be doing now? Where am I needed? How can I be of help, in the meantime? How can I be of help? What is needed from me? Whenever you are feeling frustrated, ask how to work with your feelings and frustrations.

How many of you are feeling affects of the violence that is being placed in front of you? Start paying attention to how you are affected by this energy. We are inundated with the energy of violence. Even if you try and isolate yourself from the energy, others seem to find a way to make sure you get the energy. You might not watch or read anything with violence and you are in conversations with others who make sure you know what is going on. Or they buy you items that are violent or you are watching a comedy and there is a coming attraction that is really violent. This has an affect on all of us. Don’t desensitize yourself from this energy but be aware of how you feel when this energy is with you or around you.

Many things will show up to shut off your sensitivity. Your power resides in your sensitivity. So, don’t allow yourself to be shut down. Instead find other ways to create shields or protection from it. Your power needs to come through now. So, you need to be able to safely open up to who and what you are. Do what you can to limit your exposure to such energy. Process how you feel. Attune to your real energy. Fill yourself with love and compassion. See if that helps you with what is around you. Allow the healing energy to come within you.

There are many groups that express how they are speaking for God or connected to God. Many would use the name God in their organization and then make it their mission to tear down others or harm others. There are groups that have built holy shrines on top of another group’s holy shrines and then deny the previous group access to their holy shrine locations. There are groups that deny that other groups have a right to exist and make it their mission to destroy that group. There are those who would blame others for whatever their society has created. There are many who would lead by fear. They think they hold power by hurting others or destroying others. Many will profess that they are doing God’s work in this behavior.

However, God comes from love and light. Those who truly come from God are beings who work through love of all. They hold a sanctity of all life. They realize that all life is precious and valuable. Those who truly follow God will do work that enhances the quality of life for others. They seek ways to be of service and to help in certain areas where they see that others need help and empowerment. Look for areas in your communities where the weak need help. Find your passion in service to others but also respect the creations that each soul needs to experience. Know that each life form does hold power but they may be disconnected from their true power. Help each being be their best self through love and compassion. Each part of your journey in the physical experience holds different challenges and experiences. Know the source of all is love. When you are scared or uncertain, tune into love and come from that energy. You will find you will start helping to shift your earth to a much more positive venue. Know that whenever violence arises it is not because of something God did but something that man in his ego sense did. Go back to love for your solutions to all areas of life.

You can’t judge the lives of others. For you don’t know their path or life lessons. You must allow each person their own journey. You may help each person understand how their choices will affect them. But they ultimately must choose. You must know that each person will negotiate anything that feels uncomfortable to them, even if it is scripted into their life. Few people look at all experiences as just experiences. You will know how to navigate whatever shows up. Help is always around you, when you open to receive it.

Stay away from vexing people. Keep your distance from those who would try to use what they know about you to hurt you. There are those who wish only to hurt others so that they feel better about themselves. These are not your friends or your support system, even if they profess to be. You are responsible for creating your lives in ways that work for you. This will be different for each of you.

For those who are working on creating different things in your life, here is a suggestion that comes from the concept that there are many beings waiting to be asked to help us with our lives. The other concept is that if you truly have a desire, there is a way to manifest that desire.

For those wanting a new relationship, ask the cosmic matchmakers to bring you together with either the perfect mate or the person you are supposed to spend your life with. You can give them your list of what you want in a partner or you can just trust them to bring you together with an amazing partner. Once they are on the job, pay attention to what guidance you get or if you feel that you need to show up somewhere at a certain time.

For those looking for a new job or different career, ask the cosmic job finders to help you manifest the perfect job that allows you to do what you were created to do and have the salary that takes care of your needs. If think that you know what you want, put that in the equation but be open. If you don’t know or if you know there is something new out there for you, be open to what they connect you with.

You can utilize this technique for whatever you are trying to create. You can work with the cosmic healers or any other type of help you require. Realize that there are experiences you might need to go through but you can ask for help in creating whatever you are trying to create. If you are meant to have something you will have it and you will be having an amazing team working with you in the creation process. You might come up with another variation of this concept. Trust what you pick up for yourself. See what manifests from this energy.

I figure while I was on my soap box yesterday, I would also continue with how politics runs their ads and calls to get you to vote for a candidate. Notice most ads are telling you what the other person will be doing or not doing. Most politicians are not focusing on messages of what they are doing or planning on doing. They only want you to see the flaws in the other person. All parties will spend a lot of time on propaganda. This seems to work for the masses or they wouldn’t be doing those techniques. How does it feel for you? I find it tends to disengage people more than engage them. It just seems to make people angry. What a way to pick leaders.

Many of the recorded messages will force you to listen to them give you whatever message they are choosing and it is allowed to come to your phone. When you pay attention to that energy, how do you feel? What does it do to your energy grid? It is something I am just bringing up, since we are going into a full force election process right now. It also is coming up as we going into massive transitions right now on a global level. The more awareness you have about what is being forced on you, the better decisions you can make for what is right for you.

As I write this, I am listening to the lawn people with the blowers that make a lot of noise. I have been paying attention to how many solicitation calls I get in a day. It brings up the thought of how much violation we start taking for granted. We live in a society where we are accosted with noise and unsolicited calls trying to talk us into doing what another person wants us to do. Many times we give up and just give into the violation, which ends up creating more violation. We may be placing the rights of others over our rights. We may be tired and think that giving it will give us peace faster.

How does it feel to you knowing this is becoming the norm? We accept a lot of noise and intrusive energy into our lives. The less energy you give it, the sooner it stops and goes away. Pay attention to the areas you have become numb to. It is just bringing your awareness of how much of this exists. I find that when charities call me three or four times a day to try and get me to pick up, I stop giving to the charity. The same thing happens with other forms of solicitations. It doesn’t cause me to want to work with the group that uses those techniques. I have asked to be removed from certain lists and it seems to cause that group to call more frequently. How does it affect those of you reading these messages? I find that the energy is more glaring as I work to live a life that is honoring and respectful of all life. It changes my perspectives on much in life. It also makes me more aware of those on different paths.

Now take this exercise and start applying it to different aspects of your life. Really engage in your experiences. Don’t judge them as good or bad or right or wrong. You may also determine when you have had enough of a certain person, situation or experience. There are ways to work within whatever you created. Love! What does that mean to you? Do you really know what we speak of when we share love with you or show you love? When you find true love, you will know what we speak of. It will feel expansive and wonderful. Your heart will open in a way that makes your whole being glow and shine. Many of you think that you really understand love. It is what you have learned from your families and those around you. You have defined love and relationships based on what you have seen in movies and on television. Those are only forms of love that humans think that they know and have experienced. True love will come from within your soul and spread out into the world. Once you experience what we speak of your whole lives will be altered permanently. In our definition of love, there is no need to hold onto anyone or anything. You want what is best for each life form and you will help support their journeys. You will trust others to create perfectly for themselves. You will marvel at all life and be able to love all beings as they are and for what they are without needing to control or fix them. You will know who to spend time with and who to stay away from so that you may enjoy your journey and they may enjoy their own journey. You were never meant to be with everyone or of everyone. That is also an act of love. Be loving to all but follow where you are meant to be. Enjoy those you are with but allow them the freedom to move forward when their time comes to do so. With love there is room for all that is to be just as it is.

We send you healing when your hearts feel broken and you feel sad. We surround you in love. When you grieve, we grieve with you. You are not alone. We know it is natural for you to form attachments to other humans. We know that you also form attachments to animals of all varieties. It is natural to mourn a loss of a loved one. Realize that you are not really loosing a loved one. The loved one is merely moving into another realm or dimension where you may not see them. But you will know when they visit you.

You are always loved. Allow whatever process you need to follow to present itself to you as it needs to be. Live your life in each moment and experience what your soul is drawn to create. You each have your own pathways and must discover what that path holds for you.

Your warmth and loving hearts are more vital to the fabric of creation. Being kind and compassionate is your true salvation in the Light. Be truth. Follow your joy and happiness. If you create from love, you will always be well provided for.

Let your body, mind and spirit relax and breathe in this peace and moment of just being with yourself with no distractions. Taking time to relax and have timeouts is healthy for each of you. There is no race against time and no reason for you to compete with other individuals or groups. Your main competition is you. When you take time to just be in the moment, you will experience life more clearly. Giving yourself moments of silence and peace will only help your body regenerate and help you be more vital.

There is always a memorial that can be traced to an event in history where mankind has perpetuated great harm on others. There are also days where mankind has done gestures of great love. Learn to start focusing on celebrating days of kindness and love. This day may have been remembered for violence but many humans came out to save many people. Many extended their arms to help heal. There are light beings around you who will always rise to help others no matter what takes place. Know this. Focus on the love and kindness around you and not on the lower vibrations. We would like to speak of the drama/trauma energy that many of you seem to feed on. This is the energy of getting wrapped up into the stories and dramas that others create. You think that life isn’t interesting without this energy so you create it over and over again. If life is peaceful for you, you will look to others and get involved in their stories. You will continue to put your energy in repeating those stories and getting involved in feeding the energy in other people’s lives.

We caution you about doing too much of this. It is much better if you just take care of whatever arises without making it expand and making it your life. The choice is always up to you. This is not a healthy way of being. You are feeding problems and not helping in solutions. Often you are repeating situations where you have no power or control over whatever is taking place with the other people. So, as you involve yourself in the drama/trauma situations, think about why you do this and if it is in your best interest.

We are not talking about those who choose to work in emergency rooms or trauma centers. These people are there to help people through their creation and getting to the new energy. They are there for transitions. They handle what needs to take place and move on. We are talking about those of you who feed off of constantly talking about drama and trauma events and don’t move on.

Now is a time of transition. Many of you have been undergoing a clearing up to this point. You are learning to release the old ways and you are feeling suspended in limbo. This is a still point. This is a point where the old is being stripped away and the new is not yet ready to take its place. You are not here in this place for much longer.

Many energies and beings are being reconfigured into this new place. You will notice that much you have been doing is no longer that interesting to you. Your connections with some are being released and your connections with others are forming new bonds.

Don’t be afraid to release that which no longer fits you or feels right to you. It is okay to release people and situations that no longer resonate with you. Your world is changing and so are you. As you release what needs to be released, you create space for new people and new experiences. Some of you are feeling lost and you are holding onto what you think you knew while you await the new. This will only slow down your process. You must let go of what doesn’t work for you. You will also free up others to find what is right for them. Many new experiences await all of you.
