Take a word or thought that holds a positive connotation for you and focus on it. You may use this in meditation or just as something to focus your mind on. The idea is that you are training your mind and your thoughts on things that you value and wish to expand in your life.
We find that most people focus on beliefs, words and thoughts that they don’t want to expand. If you can condition your mind towards what you want to expand, you will find you will attract that. Start framing the world by what you desire and not by what you don’t desire. See how your life shifts from there.
You won’t need to spend a lot of time each day to do this. You have only to start with a few minutes and then go from there. What you focus on, you will attract. What you train your mind on, you will attract.
