The stories that you repeat, do they help improve your life or detract from your life? The more you repeat them, the more you ingrain them and cause the energy to expand.
Think about the life that you desire. Look at what helps you in the creation of that life. Your focus is powerful. All that you put out into the world is powerful. The tapes in your head are powerful.
When you allow all of the awful experiences to define you, you filter out the amazing experiences. You program yourself for only people who take advantage of you or whatever you focus on saying is your experience. You also create a struggle for the wonderful people to maintain a relationship with you. Your energy can block amazing people from staying in your life. It may repel the people you most want to stay because they don’t fit your story. Or you convert their energy into what supports your story.
You have the power to shift this by resetting you parameters and stories. You hold a whole new resonance when you change your stories or lessen their power over you and you will attract much healthier relationships. You must only believe that you can be with healthy, loving, wonderful people. Filter out what you don’t want and allow what you do want in.

The phrases you use to connect with us are varied. You need not concern yourself with such labels. We are near you and willing to help you. That is all you need to be clear about. Look at what people express that they desire and what they then put out in the world through their thoughts and actions. How many people are truly self aware? Many complain about something but yet they are putting out the energy to support only what they express that they don’t like. How do you think something will manifest in their lives?
If you truly look at the energy people express in your world, you will be aware of what they are truly asking for. The energy that people express and focus on will expand. When people are clear and aligned, they will manifest much cleaner.
You can’t express anger and displeasure in your world and think you are helping your world. Those of the light are putting out pure love into your world. Many things are mutable. You may pick up energy about where something is in the moment but many decisions go into the manifestation so there are a lot of permutations that will affect what takes place. Trying to read something that is changeable is almost impossible. It is better to take someone into their own part of the manifestation and help them in their creation.
If you are reading for someone and things are constantly in flux, you are then just reading for the moment of the reading. You will find that many things will take place in the process of life. When you are coming from a purely spiritual path with the creation, there is no right or wrong. It is just the experience of the moment. The ego is more attached to what needs to take place or how to make something take place. The ego mind is forcing the creation.
Many have specific things that will take place in their lives. Those pieces are easier to read. Those creations and experiences are fixed but the timing may mutate. Most of the experiences of your earth lives are not fixed. You are seeing great changes take place now.

Nothing is healed or made better, if you look down on it. What you focus on and your beliefs help make energy expand. When you look for what is good and valued and you focus on that energy, you help it expand.
Many put a lot of energy in what they say that they don’t value. They focus on pain and suffering. They view things without answers or the ability to change or be altered and then are surprised when their focus expands. It is more surprising when it doesn’t expand. You must trust that there are answers to all problems. There are solutions for each thing that manifests. Focus on a wonderful solution to any issue. You don’t need to know what that answer is. It will make itself known to you, when the time is right. Send out positive energy and you will be well rewarded. You want to put your energy in answers becoming revealed and realities.

Spirit was not meant to suffer. That was a creation of man to create the fear model. Suffering takes people away from the light. Poverty consciousness keeps people away from their spiritual life. It is not better to be poor. It is not a higher vibration to suffer and be in lack.
Those who believe they are closer to God when they are poor are not. They think that suffering helps bring them to God but God is a high vibration and suffering is a low vibration. You move yourselves away from God, as you choose to suffer.
It doesn’t matter if someone is rich or poor. It is their attitude and sense of spiritual self and human self. If they project pure joy, their money can be a gift of spirit and whatever social economic group they belong to doesn’t matter. Rich or poor can be spiritual or devoid of spiritual connection. Each must create happiness for themselves.

What type of environment do you wish to live in? We are not just talking about the space but how the space feels. Is your home a place of chaos or a place of rest and relaxation? Do you want your home to be a sanctuary or a place where much is taking place all of the time? Do you wish various energy at various times? There is no right or wrong answer to this question. This is only something that is for you.
The next question is, what prevents you from creating what you truly desire? What would need to happen to shift your life and home to the energy you wish to spend time in?
The answers could require that you move or that you change your relationships. You are not stuck with what you currently have. But to create what you desire, you must be clear about what you desire.
